OUR CORE TEAM: Rob Pendleton – Founder & CEO Rob is a former business transformation expert with cutting-edge consultancies like PwC, IBM & Infosys for world-leading client companies like Microsoft, Tesco & Unilever. He has worked in over 15 countries and led teams of up to 250 people on multi-million pound strategic change initiatives. In his spare time Rob is a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and rock climbing enthusiast, and has travelled to over 80 countries in the search of luxury adventure and inspirational experiences. Nadia Pendleton – Marketing & Service Director Nadia is a former duty manager of a multi-Michelin-star restaurant group, a published food writer and restaurant reviewer, and founder of a charity cook-school. She is also a communications expert with post-graduate qualifications in Journalism and Media Relations and speaks 4 languages. Nadia and Rob’s luxury adventure honeymoon, took them 12 months; circuiting the globe and stopping in 36 countries. Since the birth of their 2 children Luca and Marcus, they haven’t slowed down, travelling 10 countries and 3 continents in 3 years. Neil Pendleton – Financial Controller & Operations Director Neil is a former Local Government Director with over 20 years experience in senior management. He has, during his career, been responsible for the promotion of tourism in North Cornwall and led teams that have won national awards for service quality. Neil loves adventure hikes, luxury cycling holidays and relaxing in the great outdoors. He and his wife Barbara have recently finished walking all 296 miles of the Cornish coastline. Jessica Bradbury – Operations Manager Jessica has filled a number of analytical research, business consulting and customer service focussed roles since graduation. Like all our team, she is passionate about building something new and exciting, and shaping products which satisfy our customers and make us proud. Jess is a keen traveller, and like so many in their 20’s is starting to tire of bed-bugs and backpacker hostels. AdventureTemples will be the perfect guide as she joins a world of luxury adventure! Other Core Roles – Key Personnel We are in the process of launching in the USA and have recruited an exciting, talented Director to lead our operation there – her name will be announced here shortly. Seyra Dagadu was the first member of our Graduate Intern Program and has been a valued researcher on our team since 2009. We are actively looking for talented, passionate people who can add value to our team and business.

OUR TRAVEL TEAM: Garry Winterburn – Managing Director, Travel Solutions Group Garry has gained many years experience within the travel industry, including holding senior positions with Manchester Airport PLC and Airtours PLC. He then moved on to launch a travel distribution company and most recently the ‘Travel Solutions Group’, a travel fulfilment business which provides agency services for other travel companies. In just 3 years, TSG has successfully gained an annual turnover in excess of £10 million. Any spare time that Garry has is divided between his main loves: his family, golf, skiing and Everton Football Club. Lindsey Winterburn – Operations Director, Travel Solutions Group Lindsey has a great depth and breadth of experience in travel agency operations and management. She was the Co-owner/Director of Calls Online Ltd (now part of The Global Travel Group plc) which was formed in 2003 and operated travel related fulfilment contracts for many blue chip companies such as Thomas Cook, Airtours Holidays, Travel Deals Direct & RCI Europe. Lindsey left in June 2008 to launch the Travel Solutions Group with her husband Garry and is the lynch pin of the operations team. When not working, Lindsey’s time is spent mainly with her family; she is a keen skier and a qualified scuba diver. Other Travel Team Roles – Key Personnel Carly Walpole, and her fellow agents in AdventureTemples Travel Team, are all highly experienced at structuring complex travel itineraries and supporting customer needs before, during and after a trip. Whatever you want to do on your holidays, they will create an amazing bespoke package just for you; offering great insights and extra touches to make the trip perfect.
